Three years ago I developed a quite interesting project together with Greenyacht enterprise: she was called Greenyacht Hybrid 33, basically she is a semidisplacement vessel suited for medium range cruise with a hybrid engine, with at least two hours of zero emission mode endurance at 6.5 knots and a real huge endurance at cruise speed with engine diesel (a Hyunday Seasall 250 HP) ; the boat was built in glass reinforced plastic and, as you can see in the video , she is really roomy for a 10 meters boat.
Since this site’s main business is wooden boat building , the question is obvious: what would you think about a slightly modified wood & epoxy version of the project suited for homebuilders ?
